1.If the customer order the book/books that is listed on our website or app,the order status will on save mood, after 10mins if the customer doesn’t the pay full amount the order will be terminated and marked as void,or if the customer did the payment with 10min their order will be granted as confirmed.

2.In case the customer wants to cancel the order after the payment is done he/she will have more 10mins to cancel the order to get 100% refund,till then their order will be on confirm no show mood,
3.After 10mins it will automatically confirm the order and heads towards with dispatched team.
4.If the customer asked for the refund after 10min and above 27% of payment will be deducted and rest will be refunded
5.In case of custom order after the confirmation of the order customer want to cancel after limited time 17% of advanced amount or 27% of full amount will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.

Note:-  All the claimed refund amount will be return to the source of payment done by customers. Or Via Bank Transfer.Approval mail from Higher Authority and in reply customer have to send the details to provided mail ids. Within 7-14 working days

Cancel and Return Policy

How do I cancel an order on Local Market ?
We would always say that decision of buying should best be taken before order placement, but in case you wish to do so, simply cancel the same within 24 hours of placing the order.

For requesting a cancellation

1-  just reply to our order confirmation mail mentioning the reason for cancellation……or

2-  SMS us for cancellation with Order Id, Name, Phone number & email id.

For outright cancellations by you:
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we refund you with your entire amount.
For cancellation after order shipment is dispatched,
– If you want to cancel your order after your order is shipped, do not worry. For this, please notify our customer care number and simply refuse to accept the shipment when our delivery person tries to deliver it to you. Our courier partner will automatically return the shipment to our facility. As soon as we receive the shipment back. We would deduct 25 percent of the order value and refund the remaining amount to you.
– If you have already received the shipment, then kindly follow the return policy for further action against cancellation.

However, as per company policy, if COD orders are cancelled once after the dispatch of the item then the same customer is not eligible for COD orders in future. But customer are allowed to cancel COD orders before dispatch (within 24 hours of order placement) and no such penalty will be applicable.


If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery personal. Also, please call our customer care at 62960 89635 / 86958 21127 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

For return request just reply to our order delivery confirmation mail mentioning the reason for Return.

The Return request has to be initiated within 7 (SEVEN) days from the day of receipt.

Returns are not accepted under following conditions:
1. The return reason quoted as “THE ORDER WAS FOR ANY OTHER LANGUAGE AND WAS WRONGLY ORDERED FOR BENGALI”. We only deal with Bengali Books.
2. We DO NOT accept return of any kind of MAGAZINES or LITTLE MAGAZINES.
3. Return without a valid reason is also not accepted.
4. Return request made after the period of 7 (SEVEN) days from the date of delivery is not accepted.

Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days from the date acceptance of cancellation/receipt of returned shipment.
For online payment, refunds will be made in the same form in which the payment is received. For COD orders refund will be directly transferred to the customer’s bank account. Please ask for the Bank Transfer form.
